1. Participants must fill out the registration form individually.
2. On the event of leader/follower quota imbalance on Blender Mix or Beginners Pass (for each level), participants from corresponding roles will be put on waiting list upon registration.
3. If you are unable to attend the event you can transfer your pass to someone else and inform us so that we can change the name. We don\'t have a refund policy. All prices include VAT.
4. Passes can be transferred to another individual by reaching out to Blender team, provided that the role and level of individuals are the same.
5. One pass can be only used by one person (no sharing).
6. In case of any unforeseen circumstances (illness of instructors, pandemic, force majeure etc), Blender Swing Dance Weekend 2025 will be postponed and new dates will be announced.
7. Blender reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule before or during the event “Blender 2025”.
8. Participants give their consent to be photographed and filmed during “Blender 2025”, in addition for these to be used for promotional uses.
9. Blender Swing Dance Weekend is committed to ensure a harassment-free environment for all participants, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, age, disability, physical appearance and body size, dancing skills or preferred roles. We do not tolerate harassment of anyone in any form."
Swing Blender Weekend 2025 is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, ability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the organizers.
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, nationality, ethnicity, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of workshops or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the event staff or a volunteer immediately. Event volunteers can be found at any venue.
Event staff and volunteers will be happy to help participants contact venue staff or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event. We value your attendance and your safety.
We expect participants to follow these rules at dance and workshop venues.
